180 Days of Boasting about God – Day 133

The God I serve isn’t the average and typical god.

He causes intangible things to react to us, his children.

For example, in the book of Joshua, the children of Israel were preparing to enter Jericho. But the people of Jericho became afraid and placed the city under lock down. No one entered, no one exited. After this, God told Joshua to look at the city and see that he has already won.

The fear in the people manifested as a sign that they were already defeated before the battle even began. I say this to say that the fear which is trying to overtake you isn’t a sign that you can’t win. It’s actually evidence that you have already won the battle. God causes fear to be afraid of you.
